Sign in using your mobile device

If the site you are visiting has touchless sign-in or a virtual kiosk set up, you can use your mobile device to sign in.

Sign in at a site

1. Open your phone’s QR code scanner.
2. At the kiosk, scan the QR code in the top-right corner. If the site is using a virtual kiosk, look for a printed QR code to scan.
   

3. On your mobile device, open the link from the QR code.

   Note:

   We recommend opening the link in Chrome or Safari.

4. If a language menu appears at the top of the sign-in screen, select your preferred language.
   
5. Tap I’m Arriving.
6. Select your visitor type.
7. On the "Tell us about yourself" screen, enter the required information and tap Next.
8. If prompted to add a photo, tap Add Photo to choose one from your camera roll, then tap Next.
9. On the "Who are you visiting?" screen, tap on the person you are visiting or use the Search bar to find and select them.
10. If you need to review documents or watch videos, follow the on-screen instructions. Then tap Accept to continue, or tap Accept & Sign to sign and continue.
11. If prompted to add a document, upload a photo or PDF of it, then tap Next.
12. Review your information and tap Finish.
13. If the next page shows a QR code, you must finish signing in at the kiosk. When you are at the kiosk, under the QR code on your phone, tap Start.
14. When the kiosk camera opens, scan the QR code on your phone to sign in.

Sign out at a site

1. Open your phone’s QR code scanner.
2. At the kiosk, scan the QR code in the top-right corner of the screen.
    
3. On your phone, open the link from the QR code.
4. Tap I'm Leaving.
5. Use the search bar to search for your name, then select your name to sign out.
