Sign in as a new visitor

When you arrive at a site for the first time, you will need to sign in as a new visitor.

Important:

If you were invited to an event, see Sign in to an event.

New visitor sign in

  1. At the kiosk, tap the screen to start.
  2. If language options appear, select your preferred language in the top left corner of the screen.

  3. Tap New Sign In.
  4. Select your visitor type.
  5. If prompted, scan your government-issued ID. Hold the card so the barcode is visible to the kiosk camera.
  6. On the "Tell us about yourself" screen, enter your information. Then tap the right arrow button in the upper-right corner.

  7. If a photo is required, position your face in view of the kiosk camera to take your photo automatically.
  8. Review your photo and tap Proceed.
  9. Search for the person you are visiting, then select their name.

    Note:

    If their name does not appear in the search results, tap Host Not Found. On the next screen, enter their name, then continue.

  10. If you are prompted to review documents or watch videos, follow the on-screen instructions. Then tap Accept to continue, or tap Accept & Sign to sign and continue.
  11. If you are asked to provide a document, such as a driver's license, upload a photo or PDF of the document, then tap Next.
  12. Review your information and make changes if needed. For help, see Review and change your sign in information.
  13. Tap Looks good, sign me in.

Review and change your sign in information

In the final step of sign-in, you can review your information and make changes before you sign in.

  • To select a different person you are visiting, in the top left corner, tap No, I am looking for someone else.

  • If you are allowed to retake your photo, tap Retake on your visitor photo.
  • To change your visitor type, in the I am field, select the current visitor type.
  • To change your personal information, select your name.
