Sign in at the kiosk for walk-in visits

When you arrive at a site without a scheduled visit, you can sign in at a kiosk. The kiosk will guide you through entering your information and completing any required steps.

Sign in at a kiosk

  1. At the kiosk, tap the screen to start.
  2. If language options appear, select your preferred language in the top left corner of the screen.

  3. Select New Sign In.
  4. Select your visitor type.
  5. If prompted, scan your government-issued ID. Hold the card so the barcode is visible to the kiosk camera.
  6. Enter your information. Then select the right arrow button in the top right to continue.

  7. If a photo is required, position your face in view of the kiosk camera to take your photo automatically.
  8. Review your photo and select Proceed.
  9. Search for the person you are visiting, then select their name.

    Note:

    If their name does not appear in the search results, select Host Not Found. On the next screen, enter their name, then continue.

  10. If you are prompted to review documents or watch videos, follow the on-screen instructions. Then select Accept to continue, or select Accept & Sign to sign and continue.
  11. If you are prompted to upload a document, such as a driver's license, upload a photo or PDF, then select Next.
  12. Review your information and make changes if needed. For help, see Review and change your sign in information.
  13. Select Looks good, sign me in.

Review and change your sign in information

In the final step of sign-in, you can review your information and make changes before you sign in.

  • To select a different person you are visiting, in the top left corner, select No, I am looking for someone else.

  • If you are allowed to retake your photo, select Retake on your visitor photo.
  • To change your visitor type, select the current visitor type in the I am field.
  • To change your personal information, select your name.
