If you chose to purchase your own iPad to use with VisitorOS instead of one provided by FacilityOS, you must download and install the VisitorOS Kiosk app on the iPad.

If you are looking for the VisitorOS mobile companion app, which is used to track visitor records, launch evacuations, and sign in quickly as an employee using the employee pass feature, see Installing and Using the VisitorOS Mobile Companion App.
Installing the app
- On the iPad, open the App Store app.
- Use the search bar to search for "VisitorOS Kiosk".
- Tap Get to start downloading the app.
