Print badges for signed in visitors

You can manually print badges for visitors from the VisitorOS dashboard.

Who can use this feature?

  • Users with the Account Administrator or Site Administrator role, or any user with permission to manage Events or Visitor sign-in and sign-out
  • Available on the Enhanced or Enterprise tier or with the badge printing and templates add-on

Print badge

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Dashboard.
  2. In the "Signed-In Visitors" tab, locate the visitor, click the three vertical dots Screenshot of the three vertical dots icon. icon, then select Re-print Badge.

  3. Select a kiosk connected to a printer.
  4. Click Re-print.
