You can manually print badges for visitors from the VisitorOS dashboard.
| Required tier | Enhanced or Enterprise tier. Corporate tier requires the badge printing and templates add-on. What is my tier? |
| Required permission | Manage events or visitor sign-in and sign-out. These permissions are included by default for account administrator, site administrator, or host roles. What is my role? |
Print badge
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Dashboard.
- In the "Signed-In Visitors" tab, locate the visitor, click the three vertical dots
icon, then select Re-print Badge.
- Select a kiosk connected to a printer.
- Click Re-print.
