How do sites join ContractorOS?
A Site is a new or existing FacilityOS customer looking to use ContractorOS to manage contractor compliance. To get started with ContractorOS, a site needs to purchase a license. For more information, see our website for ContractorOS.
How do vendors join ContractorOS?
Once a site has registered and onboarded with ContractorOS, they can begin adding their vendors to create vendor accounts. The number of vendors that a site can add is controlled by the number of vendor licenses are included in their package. To learn how to add vendors, see Add a vendor.
After a vendor is added, they can create an account in the Vendor Portal.
How do contractors join ContractorOS?
Once a vendor has registered their account on ContractorOS, they can begin to add their contractors. Each contractor who will use ContractorOS to provide documentation to a Site will require their own seat. To learn how to add contractors, see Add a contractor to the Vendor Portal as a vendor
After a contractor is added, they can create an account in the Vendor Portal.
