Site-Managed Vendor and Contractor Compliance
Product Tier: Available to all ContractorOS customers.
Site admins can now manage compliance on behalf of vendors and contractors directly within ContractorOS. This includes:
- Uploading required vendor and contractor compliance documents
- Filling out vendor and contractor tasks
- Editing previously submitted vendor documents
This update enables sites to use ContractorOS as a centralized compliance system even if vendors and contractors submit documentation via email or a physical folder.
Key Benefits
- Full Admin Control: Site admins can now upload, edit, and manage documents directly, giving them complete control over what’s stored in ContractorOS and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Broader Vendor Coverage: Sites can now manage compliance for infrequent vendors directly from within ContractorOS, even when they don’t have the power to require vendors to use the portal themselves.
- Centralized Compliance: Site Admins can now manage compliance for every vendor and contractor, even those who don’t use the portal, ensuring documentation is stored in one place regardless of how it’s submitted.

Automated & Manual Invitation Reminders
Product Tier: Available to all ContractorOS customers.
ContractorOS now sends weekly email reminders to vendors and contractors with pending invites.
Site administrators can also now see which contractors have not accepted yet and the option to resend invites.
