Drill Scheduling and Reminder Notifications
Product Tier: Available for EmergencyOS Corporate plans.
EmergencyOS now lets users schedule emergency preparedness drills in advance and configure automated email reminders. Users can set the drill date, time, and associated Emergency Profile. Reminder emails include a calendar invite, links to view/edit the drill, and a link to test the Emergency Profile in advance. This helps ensure drills are never missed due to oversight or manual tracking

- Built-In Scheduling - Plan and manage drills directly within EmergencyOS, without requiring spreadsheets or external trackers.
- Configurable Reminders - Keep teams aligned and prepared with timely emails and calendar invites, reducing the chance of missed drills.
- Improved Compliance and Documentation - Scheduled drills appear in Mustering History, ensuring full visibility.
What’s Changed
- New Schedule Drill button on the Mustering History page.
- Schedule drills by selecting the Site, Emergency Profile, and drill date and time.
- Configure drill reminders by selecting the email notification interval and recipients.
- Drill reminder emails include:
- Calendar invite (.ics file)
- Links to view/edit drills
- Link to test the associated Emergency Profile
- Recipients are automatically notified via email when the scheduled drill changes or is cancelled.
- Scheduled drills now show in the Mustering Events tab.
