EmergencyOS release notes – September 2025

We are pleased to announce the following new and improved functionality in our September 2025 release! 

New UKG Integration 

Product Tier: Available to all EmergencyOS customers. 

The UKG (formerly Kronos) integration automatically syncs time clock data to keep emergency mustering lists up to date.

Benefits

  • Real-Time Accuracy: Roll call lists reflect the latest UKG time clock activity.
  • Automated Syncing: Updates occur at configurable intervals, with an extra sync during emergencies and drills.
  • Improved Safety & Compliance: Teams can be confident that their mustering lists are complete and reliable, reducing risk.

Mobile Status Requests

Product Tier: The Mobile Status Request feature is available as a paid add-on for Corporate tier customers. 

When Mobile Status Request is enabled, users in roles that have the Manage Emergency Profile permission now have the ability to manage the feature at the emergency profile level, from the EmergencyOS Portal. Previously, customers had to engage the FacilityOS team to configure this feature at the emergency profile level.

Benefits

  • Administrative Autonomy - Remove reliance on FacilityOS to manage site > emergency profile level requirements.
  • Flexibility: Setting can now be configured at the emergency profile level, accommodating unique requirements at this level.
