What is my tier?

Modules have different tiers that your organization can be subscribed to, allowing you access to specific add-ons. This article describes the steps required to view your active modules and the tiers your facility is on.

Required permission  Sites. This permission is included by default for the account administrator and site administrator roles. What is my role?

View your tier

Make sure you are on the main FacilityOS platform before proceeding with the steps below. 

  1. From the left sidebar, select the Settings icon.
  2. Select Sites.

  3. Select the site you want to review.
  4. Modules that are enabled for the site will be toggled on and will display the the name of the tier.

    Note:

    If your organization requires a specific add-on that is not available on your tier, contact your customer success representative or see Request a demo for an integration.
