Use Arrival Assist for visitors expected today

If a visitor arrives early to an event, you can add them to "Pending Sign-Ins". This helps you track that they are at your site before they sign-in.

Who can use this feature?

  • Users with the Account Administrator or Site Administrator role, or any user with Visitor sign-in and sign-out permission
  • Available on the Enterprise tier or with the arrival assist add-on

Add a visitor to Pending Sign-Ins

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Dashboard.
  2. In the "Expected Today" tab, find the visitor, click the three vertical dots Three dots icon. icon, then click Add to Pending Sign-Ins.
    Add to Pending Sign-Ins option in the menu.
  3. Click Add to list. When the visitor signs in using their QR code, they automatically move to "Signed-In Visitors".
