Create a CSV file with your guest information so you can import it and add multiple guests to an event at the same time. There are required columns that you will need to include in your file and optional files that you may choose to include.

Required columns for importing guests to an event
Your CSV file must include columns for first name, last name, and email address.
- In a spreadsheet app, add the column headings listed below.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Enter each guest’s information under the correct columns.
Optional columns for importing guests to an event
The optional columns listed below are supported when you upload your CSV file.
- Add Company as a column heading to record the guest’s company name.
- Add Visitor Type as a column heading to assign a visitor type to each guest. If you leave this value blank for some guests or leave out the column, the event’s default visitor type will apply.
Your platform may have additional custom data fields enabled. Check with your admin to see which ones are available. You can add these as column headings and fill in the information for your guests. If you do not include them, guests will still be able to fill in information for the data fields during sign in or pre-registration.
