Choose the template for your site to decide how your printed badges will look.
| Required tier | Enhanced or Enterprise tier. Corporate tier requires the badge printing and templates add-on. What is my tier? |
| Required permission | Site configuration. This permission is included by default for account administrator and site administrator roles. What is my role? |
Note:
To request a custom badge template, contact your customer success representative. or the FacilityOS support team.
Change the badge template
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings
icon, then select Sites.
- Select a site.
- Click Features.
- Under "Badge Printing", click Configure.
- Select the current badge template to view other template options.
- Select a new template.
- Click Save.
