Change badge templates

Choose the template for your site to decide how your printed badges will look.

Who can use this feature?

  • Users with the Account Administrator or Site Administrator role, or any user with permission to manage Sites
  • Available on the Enhanced or Enterprise tier or with the badge printing and templates add-on

Note:

To request a custom badge template, contact your customer success representative. or the FacilityOS support team.

Change the badge template

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings Screenshot of the Settings icon. icon, then select Sites.

  2. Select a site.
  3. Click Features.
  4. Under "Badge Printing", click Configure.
  5. Select the current badge template to view other template options.

  6. Select a new template.
  7. Click Save.
