When you are invited to an event, you will receive a QR code in an email or a link to a QR code by text message. When you arrive, use the QR code to sign in at the kiosk.
Important:
If your invitation does not include a QR code, see Pre-register for an event and sign in.
Sign in to an event
- At the kiosk, tap the screen to start.
- If language options appear, select your preferred language in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Tap Have a Code?.
- Scan your QR code.
- On the "Tell us about yourself" screen, enter the required information.
- Tap the right arrow button in the upper-right corner to continue.
- If a photo is required, position your face in view of the kiosk camera so it can be taken automatically.
- Review your photo, then tap Proceed.
- If you are asked to review documents or watch videos, follow the on-screen instructions. Then tap Accept to continue, or tap Accept & Sign to sign and continue.
- If you are prompted to add a document, such as a driver's license, upload a photo or PDF of it. Then tap Next.
- Review your information. To make changes, see Review and change your sign in information.
- Tap Looks good, sign me in.
