Set up event badges to reprint

You can enable event badges to reprint so that when a guest scans the QR code on their badge again, a new one is printed.

Who can use this feature?

  • Users with the Account Administrator or Site Administrator role, or any user with permission to manage Sites
  • Available on the Enhanced or Enterprise tier or with the badge printing and templates add-on

Turn on reprint event badges

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings Screenshot of the Settings icon. icon, then select Sites.

  2. Select a site.
  3. Click Features.
  4. Under "badge Printing", select Configure.
  5. Turn on Reprint Event Badges.
