You can enable event badges to reprint so that when a guest scans the QR code on their badge again, a new one is printed.

Turn on reprint event badges
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings
icon, then select Sites.
- Select a site.
- Click Features.
- Under "badge Printing", select Configure.
- Turn on Reprint Event Badges.
