You can check which version of the VisitorOS app is installed on your iPad to ensure the latest features are available.
| Required tier | Corporate, Enhanced, or Enterprise tier. What is my tier? |
| Required permission | Manage devices. This permission is included by default for the account administrator role. What is my role? |
Check VisitorOS app version
- In the VisitorOS left sidebar, click Manage, then select Devices.
- Select a device to check the version number of the VisitorOS app installed on it.

Find the version number next to "VisitorOS App Version".
Note:
The latest version of the VisitorOS Kiosk app is 26.1.2.
