You can delete a guest so that they are not able to pre-register or sign in for an event.

Delete a guest
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Events.
- Select an event.

In the "Event Guests" panel, use the search bar to find the guest.
Tip:
To narrow your search results, select the Filter
icon, and then apply your filters.
- Next to the guest you want to delete, click the three vertical dots
icon, then select Delete Guest.
- To confirm, click Yes, delete it.
Bulk delete guests
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Events.
- Select an event.
- In the "Event Guests" panel, select the checkboxes next to the guests you want to delete.
- Click Bulk Actions, then select Delete Selected.
- To confirm, click Delete Selected.
