Use this article to learn what information your CSV file must include to successfully add employees to the Address Book.

Prepare a CSV file
The table below lists the supported CSV columns and provides information about each column.
| Column name | Required | Description |
| Email Address | Yes | The employee’s email address. This email address is used for email notifications. |
| Full Name | Yes |
The employee’s full name. If you want to enter first and last names into separate columns, use the column headings "First Name" and "Last Name" instead of "Full Name". |
| Division | No | The employee’s team or division name. |
| Job Title | No | The employee's job title. |
| Mobile Phone | No | The employee’s mobile phone number. This number is used for SMS or voice notifications. |
| Desk Phone | No | The employee’s primary office phone number. This number will also be used for SMS or voice notifications |
| Site | No | Sites where the employee works. Enter one or more site names, separated by commas (e.g., Site A, Site B). If blank, the employee will be added to all sites you have access to. |
| Manager | No | The email address of the employee's manager. The manager's email address must be included in the CSV file or already exist in the Address Book. |
| Tags | No | Keywords to help you filter and find employees in the Address Book. |
