You can select from several default themes to customize the sign-in experience for your visitors.
| Required tier | Corporate, Enhanced, or Enterprise tier. What is my tier? |
| Required role | You must be an account administrator with access to advanced settings. What is my role? |
Change the theme
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings
icon, then select Sites.
- Select the site the iPad is registered to.
- Click Appearance.

Under "Theme Name", select a new theme from the drop-down menu.
Important:
If you do not see "Theme Name", you do not have access to advanced settings. To request access, contact your customer success representative or the FacilityOS support team.

Click Save.
