After you create a watchlist, you can add members one at a time or upload a CSV file to add multiple members at once.

Important:
If your watchlist is integrated with a third-party application, you will need to manage members in that application.
Add a member
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Manage.
- Select Watchlist.
- For the watchlist you want to add members to, select the Manage Members
icon.
- Select New Contact.
- Enter their First Name and Last Name.
- Enter any optional details for the member.
- In Email, enter their email address.
- In Company, enter their company.
- If you want the watchlist to start checking against this member on a specific date, in Effective Date, select the starting date.
- If you want the watchlist to stop checking against this member after a specific date, in Expiration Date, select the date when sign-ins will no longer be checked.
- In Country, enter the country they are from.
- If you see "Reason for Inclusion", use the drop-down menu to select a reason.
- Under "Notes", enter any additional information.
- Select Save.
Bulk add members
To add multiple members to a watchlist, prepare a CSV, TXT, or XLSX file with the names and additional information about members. For more information, see Prepare a CSV file to add members to a watchlist.
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Manage.
- Select Watchlist.
- In the upper-right corner, select the Import
icon.
- Select Browse to add your CSV, TXT, or XLSX file.
- Select Next.
- If the first row of your file contains column names, select Column Names In The First Data Row.
- If you are uploading a TXT file, select the correct Column delimiter. For other file types, keep the default setting.
- Review the column mapping and confirm each field maps to the correct column in your file. For example, if your file has a column named "Email", map it to "Email Address".
- Select Import.
- Review the completed import and select Done.
