Detailed watchlist hit notifications with Checkr Trust

As an admin, you can now decide if watchlist hit email notifications for your Checkr Trust screening will include criminal history and public record details. You can send these notifications to hosts or specific users so they can see sensitive screening data, while other users who receive the notification only see details indicating whether a hit was found.
Key updates include:
- A new setting to include visitor criminal and public record details.
- The option to send notifications detailing criminal and public record details to the host or specific users.
- Detailed notifications can include the visitor’s name, date of birth, photo, data source, charge details, and disposition details.

- Less manual work: Reduces the need to sign in to VisitorOS to validate what triggered a watchlist hit.

Estonian language support during sign-in

As an admin you can now select Estonian as an available language so visitors can complete sign-in using a fully translated interface.

Display time and Time zone on signed documents

Signed documents now show the date, time, and time zone of when a signature was completed. This enhancement applies to all newly signed documents and appears on the finalized agreement.

Smarter badge printing with visitor approvals

Badge printing delays now apply only to visitors who require approval, rather than delaying badges for all visitors. For example, if "New Visitors" require approval but "Returning Visitors" do not, badges print immediately for returning visitors, while first-time visitors must wait for approval.
