Sign in to the VisitorOS Mobile App

After downloading the VisitorOS Mobile App for iOS or Android, you can sign in to view your visitors and access your employee pass.

Sign in to the app

1. On your device, open the VisitorOS app.

   Note:

   The name of the app may appear as "iLobby".

2. In Email, enter your FacilityOS email address.
3. Tap Let's Start.
4. If this is your first time signing in, open the activation email sent to your email address, and then select Verify Email.
5. If you have signed in before, in Password, enter your FacilityOS password.
6. Tap Sign In.

Troubleshoot an invalid invitation key

When verifying your email, if you select "Verify Email" and see "Invitation key is invalid", follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

1. Go back to the VisitorOS app on your mobile device and tap Re-send Activation Email.

   Note:

   If you do not see "Re-send Activation Email", re-enter your email to try again.

   

2. Open the new activation email, then select Verify.
