Sign in using your employee pass

You can sign in at your site by scanning your employee pass at the kiosk or by using the VisitorOS Mobile Companion app.

Access your employee pass

Your admin may send your employee pass to you by email or through your organization's preferred file-sharing service.

If you do not receive an employee pass, you can access it in the VisitorOS Mobile Companion app.

Sign in at a kiosk

1. At the kiosk, tap the screen.
2. If language options appear, in the upper-left corner, select your preferred language.
   
3. Tap Have a Code.
4. Scan the QR code on your employee pass.
5. If prompted, review or enter the required information by following the on-screen instructions.
6. To complete your sign-in, tap Looks good, sign me in.

Sign in using the VisitorOS Mobile Companion app

Before you begin, download the VisitorOS Mobile Companion app. To learn how, see Download the VisitorOS Mobile Companion app.

1. Open the VisitorOS Mobile Companion app.
2. In the bottom-right corner, tap Pass.
3. Tap Sign In.
4. If language options appear, at the top of the screen, select your preferred language.
   
5. Tap I'm Arriving.
6. If prompted, review or enter the required information by following the on-screen instructions.
7. To complete your sign-in, tap Finish.
