Set up a Host to receive all sign-in notifications

You can set up a Catch-All Host in VisitorOS to receive all sign-in notifications for your site.

Required tier Corporate, Enhanced, or Enterprise tier. What is my tier?
Required permission Site configuration. This permission is included by default for the Account Administrator and Site Administrator roles. What is my role?

Add a Catch-All Host

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings icon, then select Sites.

  2. Select the site where you want to add a Catch-All Host.
  3. Under "Catch-All Host", use the search bar to find and select a Host.
  4. Click Save.

    Note:

    If you want multiple Hosts to receive all sign-in notifications, edit the Host you just added and include a secondary email address or mobile number. For more information, see Set up multiple Catch-All Hosts.

Set up multiple Catch-All Hosts

After adding a Catch-All Host, you can edit that Host’s details to add the contact information for other Hosts who should receive all sign-in notifications.

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Manage, then select Address Book.

  2. Select the Host that you added as a Catch-All Host.
  3. Select the Additional Contacts tab.
  4. Add a Secondary Email or Additional Mobile Number for a secondary Host who should receive sign-in notifications.

  5. (Optional) Click the plus button next to "Secondary Email" or "Additional Mobile Numbers" to add more Catch-All Hosts.
  6. Click Save.
