Change language and time format preferences for notifications

You can change the default language email notifications are sent in and the format used to display the date and time.

Who can use this feature?

  • Users with the Account Administrator or Site Administrator role, or any user with permission to manage Sites
  • Available on all tiers

Change notification language and time format

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings Screenshot of the Settings icon. icon, then select Sites.

  2. Select the site you want to change notification preferences for.
  3. Click Notifications.
  4. Under Preferences, click Configure.

  5. Make changes to Preferred Language and Preferred Time Format.
  6. Click Save.
