About Site Concierge

Site Concierge is an AI-powered assistant that helps Hosts prepare for visitor arrivals by calling visitors before their scheduled event. It helps reduce last-minute uncertainty by identifying late arrivals, cancellations, questions, and visitor needs before they arrive.

How Site Concierge works

  1. A Host creates an event and invites visitors to a site.
  2. 30 minutes before the event starts, Site Concierge calls visitors to confirm whether they expect to arrive on time.
  3. Visitors can share updates about their arrival time, leave messages for the Host, or ask Site Concierge questions about their visit.
  4. After the calls are finished, the Host receives an email summary of the calls.

What Site Concierge can help with

When Site Concierge calls, it can share event details with visitors, including:

  • Event name and start time
  • Site address
  • Host name

Hosts can also provide instructions that Site Concierge can use to answer questions visitors may have. These instructions can include details such as:

  • Where to park
  • Which entrance visitors should use
  • Where visitors should wait after sign-in
  • ID or badge requirements
  • PPE or safety requirements

After the call, Site Concierge will share important updates from each visitor with the Host, including:

  • If visitors are arriving on time or would like to cancel.
  • Questions visitors had that Site Concierge could not answer.
  • Messages visitors wanted to pass along to the Host.
