Early access and billing
Is there an additional cost for Site Concierge during early access?
No. There is no additional cost to use Site Concierge during early access.
How Site Concierge works with events
Does Site Concierge work for different visitor types?
Yes. You can use Site Concierge for any type of visitor if they are added to the event and have a mobile phone number.
Does Site Concierge use internal notes or pre-registration templates to answer questions?
No. When creating an event, Site Concierge only uses information entered in "Instructions for Guests" to answer questions.
Can Site Concierge make changes to the event?
No. Site Concierge does not make changes to events. If a visitor asks to reschedule or requests a change, Site Concierge captures the request and shares it with the Host for follow-up.
Call behavior
Can Site Concierge ask custom questions during the call?
No. Site Concierge cannot be customized to ask specific questions.
Does Site Concierge support multiple languages?
No. English is the only supported language at this time.
What happens if a visitor does not answer?
If a visitor does not answer, the call is logged as "No response" in the email summary. Site Concierge will not attempt to recall the visitor.
Is Site Concierge able to share more information after the first call?
No. Site Concierge will only call the visitor once. If additional information needs to be shared, such as answers to questions, you will need to call or email the visitor yourself.
Can visitors choose not to receive calls?
Yes. Visitors can verbally opt out during a Site Concierge call by stating that they no longer want to receive calls. If they change their mind later, you can contact your Customer Success Manager to reverse the change.
Can visitors call Site Concierge if they miss a call?
No. Site Concierge does not support callbacks.
Privacy, retention, and transcripts
Can transcript retention be configured?
No. The available transcript retention period is 30 days.
