Allow emergency triggers from your iPad

You can set up a 4-digit PIN that allows users to start emergencies from the VisitorOS Kiosk app on your iPad.

Who can use this feature?

VisitorOS users with the Account Administrator or Site Administrator role, or any user with permission to manage Sites
Available on all tiers.

Turn on the iPad emergency trigger

From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select the Settings icon, then select Sites.
Select the site where you want to allow iPad emergency triggers.
Select the Features tab.
Under "Emergency Evacuation", click Configure.
Turn on Allow Evacuation Trigger from Kiosk.
Enter a 4-digit PIN that allows anyone who enters it to start an emergency.
Click Save.
