Integrate ISN with VisitorOS

The ISN integration allows you to screen contractors during sign-in and flag contractors who do not meet your organization's compliance requirements.

Who can use this feature?

  • Available as an add-on for VisitorOS. Contact your FacilityOS Customer Success Manager or FacilityOS Sales for more information.

How the integration works

When a contractor tries to sign in at a site, VisitorOS checks their compliance status in ISN using the details the contractor provided, such as their name and company. If the contractor is found to be non-compliant, VisitorOS flags them so that the front desk and security teams can respond appropriately.

Integration requirements

You will need the following information to integrate ISN with VisitorOS:

  • Subscription key: The credential provided by ISN after API access is enabled for your account. Contact your ISN account representative to request or obtain the key.
  • Client ID and client secret: Credentials provided by ISN after API access is enabled for your organization. Contact your ISN account representative to request or obtain these credentials.
  • QuickCheck Configuration: In ISN, make sure you have created a predefined set of compliance requirements that apply to contractors. You will need the name assigned to these requirements.

Send this information to FacilityOS Support, and they will set up the integration on your behalf.
