We are pleased to announce the following new functionality in our August 2026 release!
New ISN integration with VisitorOS
Who is this feature for?
VisitorOS now connects directly to ISN, so customers using ISN for contractor compliance can flag non-compliant contractors entering the site at the kiosk. When ISN screening is enabled, contractor sign-in collects first name, last name, and company name, checks the contractor against live ISN compliance data, and fires the configured Watchlist action if their status matches. Every check is recorded in the Visitor Log as an ISN hit or no hit, so there's an auditable record of who was screened and what came back.
Key benefits
- Enforce contractor compliance at the point of entry with non-compliant contractors flagged while they're still at the kiosk.
- Pull existing ISN compliance data at the front desk without asking EHS teams to duplicate records or maintain a second list of compliance statuses.
- Reduce liability and audit exposure with a Visitor Log record of every compliance check performed.
- Give security and front desk teams a clear, consistent action to take, using the same VisitorOS Watchlist behavior they already know.

Proactively verify contractor compliance before events
Who is this feature for?
Hosts can now invite known contractors directly from ContractorOS when creating events in VisitorOS. Key identity fields (name, email, vendor) pre-fill automatically, and both contractor and vendor compliance are checked as soon as they're added.
If the contractor or vendor comes back non-compliant — whether tasks are incomplete, pending site admin review, or not yet assigned — ContractorOS automatically notifies the appropriate contractor, vendor, or site admin, on the same cadence as the event's existing invite settings. Site admins can also monitor every upcoming non-compliant contractor visit in one place from a new dashboard in ContractorOS.
This feature works with bulk guest uploads (matched by email) and custom visitor type configurations.
Key benefits:
- Prevent costly onsite delays by identifying and resolving contractor compliance issues before contractors arrive.
- Drive faster time-to-compliance with automated workflows that notify contractors, vendors, and site admins when action is required.
- Reduce manual follow-up for EHS & compliance teams through automated, pre-event screening instead of reactive front-desk checks.
- Increase transparency and accountability by giving hosts and site admins visibility into contractor compliance before the event.
