Download and sign in to the EmergencyOS app

You can download the EmergencyOS app on your mobile device to conduct emergency evacuations or drills.

Download the EmergencyOS app

You can download the app from the App Store for iOS devices or the Play Store for Android devices.

Download on iOS

1. On your mobile device, open the App Store app.
2. Use the search bar to search for “EmergencyOS”.
3. Tap Get to download and install the app.

Download on Android

1. On your mobile device, open the Play Store app.
2. Use the search bar to search for “EmergencyOS”.
3. Tap Install to download and install the app.

Sign in to the EmergencyOS app

1. On your mobile device, open the EmergencyOS app.
2. If your organization uses Gov Cloud, tap Standard Sign-In, and then tap FacilityOS on Gov Cloud. If you are unsure whether your organization uses Gov Cloud, contact your FacilityOS admin for more information.
3. Tap Let's Start.
4. Based on how your organization is set up, do one of the following:
   • If your organization uses Microsoft sign-in, tap Sign in with Microsoft, then enter your Microsoft credentials.
   • To sign in with your FacilityOS credentials, enter your email address and tap Next. Enter your password, then tap Sign In.
