Edit an emergency profile

You can edit your default or custom emergency profiles.

Who can use this feature?

  • Users with the Account Administrator or Site Administrator role, or users with permission to manage Emergency Profiles
  • Available on all tiers

Edit an emergency profile

  1. From the left sidebar in EmergencyOS, click Manage, then select Emergency Profile.
  2. Select the profile you want to edit.

  3. Make your changes, then click Save. For information about the settings you can change,, see Configure emergency profile settings.

    Note:

    If the emergency profile you are editing is for a site on the Basic tier, you can only edit email messages.
