Document Retention
Who can use this feature?
ContractorOS now keeps every version of a compliance document that a contractor or vendor submits. Site Admins can retrieve past versions from Document History and show exactly what was on file at a given point in time.
How It Works:
- Every version stays on file: Each time a contractor or vendor submits a task, ContractorOS keeps a copy of the document and records it in Document History with a Submitted status.
- Download any version: Site Admins download an individual version with the download icon beside the retained file.
- Easier to navigate: Document History groups submissions into expandable sections for Last 30 days, This year and each previous year. Sections with no submissions stay hidden.
- Download a task's full history: Download All Files downloads every retained file for the task in one step.
- Export across vendors and contractors: Site Admins can export all compliance documents across vendors and contractors.
