If the VisitorOS Kiosk app on your iPad keeps displaying a loading spinner and does not show the Welcome screen, try closing and reopening the app using the steps below.
Close and reopen the VisitorOS Kiosk app
- Swipe up from the bottom of the iPad screen and pause in the center to open the app switcher. If your iPad has a Home button, double-press it to open the app switcher.
- Swipe up on preview of the VisitorOS Kiosk app to close it.
- Swipe up from the bottom of the iPad again to return to the Home screen. If your iPad has a Home button, press it to return to the Home screen.
- Tap the VisitorOS Kiosk app to reopen it
If the app continues to display a loading spinner, try restarting the iPad.
