If visitor photos appear upside down in the VisitorOS platform, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Change the orientation of the iPad
- On the iPad, swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen to open the Control Center. If you cannot open the Control Center, end Guided Access, then try again.
- Tap the Rotation Lock
button, so that it is off, then swipe up to close the Control Center.
- Turn the iPad to its other side.
- Open the Control Center again, and tap the Rotation Lock button so that it is on.
