Change the sign-in notification methods for a Host

You can edit a Host to choose whether sign-in notifications are delivered by email, SMS, or voice message.

Before you start

Check which sign-in notification methods are enabled for your site. The notification method you select for a Host will only work if it is enabled at the site level. For more information, see Set up sign-in notifications.

Change sign-in notification methods

1. From the left sidebar in FacilityOS or VisitorOS, click Manage, then select Address Book.
   
2. Select the Host whose sign-in notification methods you want to change.

3. Under "Visitor Sign-in Notification Methods", select Email, SMS, or Voice to enable a notification method, or clear the checkbox to disable it.

   Important:

   For SMS and voice notifications, the Host must have a valid phone number entered in "Mobile Number".

   

4. Click Save.
