Deleting visitor records permanently removes a visitor’s sign-in history for your site. It also removes any information saved for them as a returning visitor.

Delete a visitor
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Visitors.

Use the search bar to find the visitor by their name or company.
Tip:
To narrow your search results, select the Filter
icon in the top-right corner, and then apply your filters.
- Next to the visitor you want to delete, click the three vertical dots
icon, then select Delete.
- To confirm, click Yes.
Bulk delete visitors
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Visitors.
- Select the checkboxes next to the visitors you want to delete.
- Click Bulk Actions at the top, then select Delete Selected.
- To confirm, click Yes.
