Prepare a CSV file
The table below lists the supported CSV columns and provides information about each column.
| Column name | Required | Description |
| Email Address | No | The member’s email address. |
| Reasons | This column is required only if "Reason for Inclusion" is set to "Mandatory". |
Include one or more reasons, separated by commas, for why the member is being added to the watchlist. The reasons must already exist in the watchlist. For more information, see Set up reasons for inclusion. |
| Division | No | The member’s company. |
| Full Name | No | The member’s full name. |
| First Name | Yes | The member’s first name. |
| Last Name | Yes | The member’s last name. |
| Effective Date | No | The date when the watchlist starts checking sign-ins against the member. The expected format is YYYY-MM-DD. |
| Expiration Date | No | The date when the watchlist stops checking sign-ins against the member. The expected format is YYYY-MM-DD. |
