After downloading the VisitorOS Mobile App for iOS or Android, you can sign in to view your visitors and access your employee pass.
Sign in to the app

On your device, open the VisitorOS app.
Note:
The name of the app may appear as "iLobby".
- In Email, enter your FacilityOS email address.
- Tap Let's Start.
- If this is your first time signing in, open the activation email sent to your email address, and then select Verify Email.
- If you have signed in before, in Password, enter your FacilityOS password.
- Tap Sign In.
