Approve or deny visitor sign-ins

You can approve or deny sign-ins for new visitors, returning visitors, and visitors arriving for an event from the Dashboard.

Who can use this feature?

Users with the Account Administrator role, or any user with visitor approval permission
Available on the Enterprise tier or you must have the arrival assist add-on

Approve or deny sign-ins

From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Dashboard.
In the "Signed-In Visitors" tab, find the visitor with a status of "Pending Approval". To view information about their sign-in, such as watchlist hits or completed documents, see View visitor records.
Under the "Status" column, click the Approve icon or the Deny icon.

Note:

If you do not see the "Status" column, click the Grid Settings icon, then turn on Status.
