You can set how long users stay signed in to FacilityOS before they are automatically signed out.
| Required tier | Corporate, Enhanced, or Enterprise tier. What is my tier? |
| Required role | Account administrator. What is my role? |
Set session duration
- From the left sidebar in FacilityOS, click Manage, then select Account.
- Select the Security tab.

In the Session duration field, enter a value from 30 to 720 minutes. After a user signs in, they will be signed out once this amount of time has passed.
Note:
This setting will sign out users even if they are actively viewing or making changes to their account.
- Click Save.
