Configure documents for your site in VisitorOS

In Site settings, you can choose which documents appear and set the order in which they appear.

Required tier Corporate, Enhanced, or Enterprise tier. What is my tier?
Required permission Site configuration. This permission is included by default for the Account Administrator and Site Administrator roles. What is my role?

Before you start

Make sure documents have already been added to VisitorOS, see Add a new document in VisitorOS.

Configure documents

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings icon, then select Sites.

  2. Select the site you want to configure documents for.
  3. Select the Features tab.
  4. Turn on Legal Documents. If "Legal Documents" is already on, click Configure.
  5. Take any of the following actions:
    • To control which documents appear during sign-in, select the documents you want to show and clear the documents you do not want to show.

      Note:

      This setting overrides the document’s active status. For more information, see Deactivate or activate a document in VisitorOS.

    • To change the order in which documents appear during sign-in, click and drag the documents to reorder them from top to bottom. The topmost document appears first.
  6. Click Save.
