Add evacuees to an active mustering event

You can add evacuees to an active mustering event to include employees or visitors who were not originally included in the emergency profile.

Required tier Corporate tier. What is my tier?
Required permission Active Evacuation. This permission is included by default for the Safety Officer, Account Administrator, and Site Administrator roles. What is my role?

Note:

At this time, evacuees cannot be added to an active mustering event from the EmergencyOS mobile app.

Add evacuees

  1. From the left sidebar in EmergencyOS, click Dashboard.
  2. In the "Active Incidents" section, select a mustering event.
  3. Click Add Evacuees, then select Employees or Visitors.

  4. Use the search bar to narrow results by name, manager, division, or tag.

  5. Select the employees or visitors you want to add to the mustering event.
  6. Click Add and Send Notifications.
