Add background images to the welcome screen of your kiosk. If you add multiple images, the kiosk rotates through them automatically.

Customize the background
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select the Settings
icon.
- Select Sites.
- Select the site that your kiosks are registered to.
- Select Backgrounds.
- Under Greeting Screen Backgrounds, add or manage background images:

To add an image, select Browse files or drag and drop an image into the upload area.
Note:
Use the recommended image size that matches your iPad (kiosk) model:
9.7-inch iPad: 1024 x 768 pixels.
10.2-inch iPad: 1112 x 834 pixels.
12.9-inch iPad: 1366 x 1024 pixels or 2732 x 2048 pixels.
- To change the rotation order, drag and drop images into the order you want.
- To remove an image, select the Delete icon.
