Change the notification methods for a host

You can edit a host to choose which notification methods are available to them.

Before you start

Check which notification methods are enabled for your site. The notification method you select for a host will only work if it is enabled at the site level. For more information, see

Change sign-in notification methods

1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Manage, then select Address Book.
   
2. Select the host whose sign-in notification methods you want to change.

3. Under Visitor Sign-in Notification Methods, select Email, SMS, or Voice to enable a notification method, or clear the checkbox to disable it.

   Important:

   For SMS and voice notifications, the host must have a valid phone number entered in Mobile Number.

   

4. Click Save.
