Create a quiz in VisitorOS

Quizzes are a type of document in VisitorOS that can be used to ensure visitors understand protocols at your site.

Create a quiz

1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Manage, then select Documents.
   
2. Click New Document, then select Questionnaire/Quiz.
   
3. Under "Quiz", from the Type drop-down menu, select one of the follow options:
   • To not record results of the quiz, select Regular Quiz.
   • To record the results of the quiz, select Graded Quiz. To learn how to review results, see View visitor records.
4. Click New Question.
5. Fill in the following details for the question:
   • In the Question Title field, enter your question.
   • From the Answer Type drop-down menu, select Single-Select for one correct answer or Multi-Select for the question to have more than one correct answer.
   • If you want the correct answers to be selected before the visitor can continue, turn on Correct Answer Required to Proceed.
   • Enter possible answers in the text fields. To add a new text fields, click Add Answer. 
   • If you are creating a graded quiz or have "Correct Answers Required to Proceed" turned on, select a correct answer.
6. Click Save, and repeat Steps 4 to 6 to add any additional questions.
7. Set up the rest of the quiz by completing "Document Details", "Configuration", and "Expiration". For more information, see Document settings.
8. Click Save.
