Integrate VisitorOS with Microsoft Outlook

You can integrate VisitorOS with Outlook so users with manage event permissions can create VisitorOS events directly from the Outlook desktop or web app.

Required tier Enhanced or Enterprise tier. What is my tier?
Required permission You must have access to the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Supported Outlook versions

The integration is compatible with the Outlook versions listed below.

  • Outlook for Windows: version 1808 or later

  • Outlook on the web

  • Outlook for Mac

Integrate VisitorOS with Outlook

  1. Log in to your Microsoft 365 admin center.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Settings, then select Integrated apps.

  3. Click Get apps.

  4. In the search bar, search for VisitorOS.

  5. You will see the "VisitorOS Events for Outlook" app. Click Get it now.

  6. On the next page, click Get it now again.

  7. Select one of the following options on who the app will be available for.

    • Just me

    • Entire organization

    • Specific users/groups

  8. Click Save.

    Note:

    The app can take up to 48 hours to appear in Outlook.
