Before you start
Keep the following information in mind before pre-printing event badges.
- Check that the printer has enough paper for all badges. The printer does not alert you when it runs out of paper.
- Make sure the kiosk is available. Badge printing does not start if the kiosk is busy.
-
Pre-printing event badges will always use the style 5 badge template.
Tip:
Site admins can turn on Reprint Event Badges to reissue badges using your site’s default style. With this setting turned on, after a guest scans the QR code on their pre-printed badge, a new badge in the default style will print. For more information, see Configure event badges to reprint.
